Fifteen years at enterprise scale. I work on safety-critical workflow orchestration at Amazon, where I architect a platform whose guardrails have run 500,000 safety checks across a global fleet, and own the monitoring platform underneath it that keeps 3 million monitors standardized. Before Amazon I spent nine years at Prudential Financial on Remote Access SRE work, building the MFA self-service portal used over 18,000 times in six languages, and keeping the VPN running for 60,000 corporate users through the early months of COVID.
